Do you stage vacant and occupied homes?
Yes!
Vacant homes: We bring in furniture, art, and accessories to create a warm, lived-in look.
Occupied homes: We work with your existing furnishings, and may add or remove pieces to maximize appeal.
How long does the staging process take?
Once you approve the proposal, staging typically takes 1–2 days to complete. If the home is occupied, we may schedule in phases to minimize disruption.
How long will the furniture stay in the home?
The standard staging contract is for 60 days, which usually covers the listing period. Extensions are available if your home takes longer to sell.
What happens if my home sells quickly?
Congratulations! Once the sale is pending, we’ll schedule a convenient time to remove all staging items.
Do buyers keep the furniture and décor?
No, all staging furnishings are rented. However, if a buyer falls in love with certain pieces, they can simply scan a QR code at the home to purchase or contact us directly.
